Standard
The decoating unit for flexible use at various workstations in immediate vicinity of the paint shop.
The Coating OFF-Standard is run under the load by a manual lift truck and easily moved to any location. The feet are equipped with adjusting screws to align the unit, making it ready for operation immediately.
The base unit
Is comprised of aluminium system profiles and is tightly encased in aluminium panels. The housing is easily accessible for maintenance and assembly work and does not have to be screwed to the floor.
The following units are installed in the base unit:
- Main electrical connection
- Control unit
- Eddy-current generator
- Air filter
The cubicle
Customised rack mounted into the base unit and adjusted to the parts to be decoated.
It is equipped with:
- Up to 4 decoaters
- Paint collecting tray
- Brush stand
The components
Decoater
The temperature is set to the time the eddy-current is applied as well as to the power settings on the unit.
Brush block
Equipped with static or mobile brushes; their configuration is adjusted to the painting rack.
The brush block is equipped with 2 intertwining brushes whose speed can be adjusted infinitely by a frequency converter.
Extraction hood
The vapours and small paint particles are sucked in and filtered by the extraction hood; the filtered air is then delivered to the room air - cleaned of all harmful substances.
