The powerful and robust system for continuous decoating in an ascending conveyor or depending on geometry of the components; can also be used discontinuously in a Power&Free conveyor or on a roller conveyor.

The hangers to be decoated are decoated on every run through without having to be removed from the conveyor.

The filter unit

Is comprised of aluminium system profiles and is tightly encased in aluminium. The housing is easily accessible by its doors for maintenance and assembly work.

The following units are installed in the filter unit:

• Multi-level air filtering unit
• Extraction fan

The control cabinet

Contains all electrical components, the PLC and the eddy-current generator.

The process unit

Customised, automatic decoater unit for the eddy-current decoater.

It is equipped with:

• Decoater
• Rotary brushes
• Lifting station
• Light barrier
• Paint cone collector
