Automatic
The decoater unit for use at the suspension rig of the conveyor system; it is loaded and unloaded by a person parallel to being hooked on.
The base unit
Is comprised of aluminium system profiles and is tightly encased in aluminium panels. The housing is easily accessible for maintenance and assembly work and does not have to be screwed to the floor.
The following units are installed in the base unit:
- Main electrical connection
- Control unit
- Eddy-current generator
- Multi-level air filtering unit
The process unit
Automatic decoating is carried out in the customised process unit.
It is equipped with:
- lateral sliding carriage
- decoating station with linear unit and decoater
- brush station with 2 rotating brushes
The components
Decoater
It moves from top to bottom, exposed to eddy current and returned. The temperature is set by the temperature setting on the unit.
Brush stand
The workpiece moves on the slide carriage into the double rotating brushes and is cleaned metallically bright. The brush speed can be infinitely varied by a frequency converter.
Filtering unit
The vapours and small paint particles are cleaned by a multi-level air filter and fed out to the room air.
